New Commitments

Nick Pryor committed to Maine on Monday. When he decommitted from Wisconsin earlier this year, it was reported that he would likely end up at Maine. Sixty Minutes. No Alibis. No Regrets mentions Maine also lost out on John Ramage who committed to Wisconsin not too long ago. Wisconsin standout Blake Geoffrion brother Sebastien committed to Alabama-Huntsville (in link below). He has three goals and an assst in 16 games between the Lincoln Stars and the Indiana Ice.

Chris Forfar committed to Michigan State this past weekend. With the Lincoln Stars he has 6 goals and 12 assists in 22 game. Fargo Force defenseman Eamonn McDermot will be heading to Colorado College in 2010. He has two goals and six assists.

How good a prospect is Nick Pryor.

Just going off the stat sheet alone, he appears to be an undersized, yet very talented offensive defenseman. Played in the NTDP for a while, now doing very well in the USHL, late round NHL draft pick.

Also, what took him so long to commit after backing out of Wisconsin? Do you think perhaps he was weighing the option of going to the WHL, since he is a draft pick of the Red Deer Rebels?
