Otters add goaltenders Wood and Cesario

Press Release

The Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League have announced that they have recalled goaltender Adam Wood from the Clarington Eagles of the Central Ontario Junior C Hockey League and received goaltender John Paul Cesario on an emergency loan from the Owen Sound Attack.

A ninth-round choice of the Otters in the 2009 OHL Priority Selection, Wood has appeared in three games with the Otters in the last two seasons and has a record of 2-1-0-0. Wood helped the Eagles earn a berth in the league finals, where they trail the best-of-seven series against the Lakefield Chiefs, 1-0.

Cesario comes to Erie on an emergency loan from the Attack. In four career OHL games with the Attack, Cesario is 1-1-0-0 with a 3.56 goals-against-average. He recently completed the season with the Mississauga Chargers of the Ontario Junior A Hockey League.
