Sinatynski awarded Mike Ridley Trophy

Press Release

Back in his day with the St. Boniface Saints, Mike Ridley was a skilled and gifted goal scorer. It was only fitting that the MJHL honoured the Saints’ alumni by awarding the Mike Ridley Trophy to the player who wins the scoring race.

With 59 goals and 90 points this season, Jesse Sinatynski of the Dauphin Kings takes home the Mike Ridley Trophy.

“Jesse is a very gifted offensive player,” MJHL Commissioner Kim Davis said. “His statistics are very impressive, particularly if you look at his production while on the powerplay ─ 24 goals."

“Jesse was a deserving winner….he was a very exciting player to watch this season.”

Sinatynski, 19, hails from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta.
