The Blues have agreed in principle to an entry-level contract with prospect Ryan Tesink.
Tesink, 19, is a forward currently playing with the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
He was the Blues' sixth-round selection at the 2011 NHL Draft.
This season, Tesink has played in 41 QMJHL games, including 35 with
the Saint John Sea Dogs. He's registered 17 goals and 24 assists (41
points). He has a plus-6 rating and has recorded 81 penalty minutes.
