Division, 5-2, in the third and final game on the second day of the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament at the Ice Cube in Ann Arbor, Mich.

Mahoning Valley’s Jordy Trottier was named the Player of the Game after striking for two goals, including the game-winner, and an assist for the North Division.

Motor City’s Josh Bussell, Mahoning Valley’s Nick Shkreli and Marquette's Garrett Ladd scored the other North goals.

North Iowa’s Brandon Brodhag and Owatonna’s Tony McDonald tallied for the Central.

In goal, Alpena’s Nick Graves made 29 saves for the North; Alexandria’s Ryan Leets stopped 38 shots for the Central.

FUTURE PROSPECTS CHAMPIONS: Compuwares’s U14 and U16 teams, along with the Lancing Capitals’ U18 team, were crowned champions of the NAHL Future Prospects Tournament.

USNTDP 3, SOUTH DIVISION 2: The USNTDP Stripes Team downed the South Division, 3-2, in the second game on the second day of the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament.

Team USA’s Austin Czarnik was named the Player of the Game after collecting a goal and an assist in the triumph.

Jarred Tinordi and Brendan Rempel scored the other U.S. goals.

Wichita Falls’ Sean McKenzie and St. Louis’ Grant Gorczyca lit the lamp for the South Division.

Between the pipes, Team USA’s Will Yanakeff turned back 24 shots; St. Louis’ Keith Kincaid and Topeka’s Bryce Merriam combined to make 36 saves.

USNTDP STARS 4, WEST DIVISION 1: The USNTDP Stars Team defeated the West Division, 4-1, in the opening game on the second day of the NAHL Top Prospects Tournament.

Team USA’s AJ Treais was named the Player of the Game after notching a pair of goals and assisting on John Henrion’s game-winning marker.

Jerry D’Amigo scored the other U.S. goal, with Fairbanks’ Drew Darwitz connecting for the West’s lone tally.

In goal, Team USA’s Jack Campbell made 17 saves; Wenatchee’s Mathieu Dugas and Fairbanks’ Phil Cook combined to stop 44 shots for the West.
