The Erie Otters of the Ontario Hockey League today announced that defenseman Nathan Glass has been traded to the Saginaw Spirit in exchange for a seventh round pick in the 2014 OHL Priority Selection.
Glass departs the Otters after playing in 90 games for the team, collecting 10 assists. The right-handed shooting defenseman was drafted in the seventh round of the 2010 OHL Priority Selection out of the Chicago Young Americans.
During the 2010-2011 season, Glass played for the Soo (Mich.) Eagles of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League and won a league championship, advancing to the Dudley Hewitt Cup.
