BELLEVILLE, ON - After acquiring left winger Remi Elie from the London Knights on Wednesday, George Burnett and the Belleville Bulls announced a second transaction, with the addition of blueliner Mark Raycroft from the North Bay Battalion. In exchange, the Bulls have dealt a 6th round pick in 2015 back to North Bay.

An 18 year-old native of Woodstock, Raycroft brings a 6'2", 198Ibs. frame and a smooth stride to the Yardmen Arena. Raycroft will help solidify the Belleville blueline after deals that saw the departure of Daniel De Sousa to Saginaw and Brady Austin to London in the hours prior.

"Mark is a mobile defenceman who makes a good first pass and moves the puck well," said Burnett of the new acquisition.

A right-handed shooting rearguard, Raycroft is expected to suit up on the team's Western Conference road swing to Windsor and London that kicks off Thursday.
