HOUNDS HIRE ASSISTANT COACH

Head Coach & General Manager Kevin White, together with Notre Dame College, is pleased to announce that Connor Cameron will be joining the club in the capacity as the Jr A Hounds full time assistant coach.

Connor is a Kinora, Prince Edward Island native and played 4 years in the OHL with St. Mike’s, Kingston & Belleville. Connor played his CIS hockey at UPEI and was recently awarded his Bachelor of Arts degree. His interests include baseball and golfing, and he aspires to become an RCMP officer. Connor lists his parents as his greatest athletic influences.

Connor has strong roots in hockey & coaching and the hockey world is very familiar with his mentor, and dad, Dave Cameron (NHL player, AHL, OHL & World Jr Head Coach).

The Hounds have also announced Andy Smith is moving on to play CIS hockey. The Rosetown native, who had 42 points last season, will play this year for the University of Waterloo.
