Press Release

Township of Langley, BC, Wednesday, November 23, 2011: The Langley Rivermen are pleased to add forward Aiden Cavallini to the roster. A 1992 born player, from St. Louis Missouri, Aiden comes to the Rivermen from the Chicago Steel of the USHL where he had 2 goals and 2 assists in 14 games. At 5’10”, 190 pounds, the Rivermen coaching staff feel Aiden will contribute right away,

“Aiden has good speed and skill and will be an impact player for us,” said Assistant Coach Jordan Emmerson who runs the forwards, “he plays well in both ends of the rink and will add an extra dimension to our offense.”

Aiden has great bloodlines as his father Gino played 593 NHL games, mostly with the St. Louis Blues where he spent 6 seasons and had 30 or more points in a season five times. His Uncle Paul also played in the NHL where he played with St. Louis, Washington, and Dallas for a grand total of 564 games.

The Rivermen would like to welcome Aiden to Langley and to the Rivermen hockey club.
