DENHAM COMMITS TO ROBERT MORRIS

Press Release

Oakville Blades forward Brandon Denham (photo credit - Craig Campbell/HHOF) has confirmed his commitment to join the Robert Morris University Colonials beginning with the 2012-13 AHA season.

After playing three games for the Blades in 2009-10, the 6'4", 205 lbs. native of Milton, Ontario joined the club full-time last season, recording 32 points in 50 games and helped the Blades reach the OJHL Final before falling to the Wellington Dukes. Thus far this season, Denham has continued his fine play with 10 goals and 19 points in 23 games played for Oakville.

“We are thrilled for Brandon and congratulate him on this step forward in his education and his hockey career,” said Carlo Coccimiglio, President of the Blades. “Brandon earned this opportunity with a lot of hard work,” said Coccimiglio. “He has a hard-nosed, aggressive style of play that creates scoring opportunities and makes him a great teammate.”

Congratulations to Brandon and best of luck the rest of the season and beyond!
