Saginaw Spirit and NextMedia Announce New Working Agreement

The Saginaw Spirit in conjunction with NextMedia Operating of Saginaw have agreed on a new contract that will see the broadcaster continue to be the play-by-play provider for the OHL team for the next two seasons. All 68 regular season and playoff Spirit games will be carried live on WSGW 100.5 FM Talk and Sports, along with the Spirit Radio Show which can be heard every other Monday live from the Hooters Restaurant on Bay Road from 6 pm until 7 pm beginning on September 17, 2012. The play-by-play coverage begins with the Spirit’s opening game of the franchise’s 11th campaign on September 21, 2012 at the Sleeman Center in Guelph against the Storm.
