Hitmen Logo Hits Center Ice at West Meadows Arena

Press Release

Rolling Meadows, Illinois - The Chicago Hitmen invite all of their fans and friends to see the new look at West Meadows Ice Arena in Rolling Meadows.

Taking center ice for the first time, is the new Chicago Hitmen team logo. The new NAHL franchise is proud to call West Meadows home by officially laying claim to this spot as the major tenant. The Hitmen will wear the black, red, grey and white presented in the logo as official uniform colors.

The Hitmen will play 27 home games at West Meadows this season starting with their first home game on Saturday September 11th. The final NAHL schedule will be released by the league shortly. The final training camp which begins on July 30th will host 60 players and 8 goaltenders for the weekend as they try to secure a spot on the teams final roster. 25 players will be invited back to West Meadows to start full team practices the week of August 15th.

Once the roster is set after the final camp, many players will need homes. The billet family arrangement is a vital part of any junior hockey players life. If you think you may be able to help a young man pursue his dream of playing in the NAHL by being a billet family, go to chicagohitmenhockey.com and click on the "housing" tab.
