The Chicoutimi Saguenéens lost their head coach, Marc-Étienne Hubert on Tuesday.
Hubert had been exploring the possibility of jumping ship to the Univeristy of Quebec in Trois-Rivières' Patriotes. He is taking over Gilles Bouchard's former job who is now Head Coach with the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.
In 136 games at the helm of the Saguenéens, Hubert maintained a record of 68-55-16.
Hubert is becoming the Head Coach of a team he knows well. He is a former player with the team having spent four season from 1999 to 2003, winning twice the Canadian University Championship in 2000 and 2003.
