The United States Hockey League today announced the game schedules for
the two regional events during “USHL Fall Classic Week”, the first of
which is the USHL Fall Classic West hosted in Sioux City, Iowa from September 11-12th, 2013, followed by USHL Fall Classic East hosted in Indianapolis, Indiana from September 13-15th, 2013.
The Sioux City Musketeers, host of the annual preseason event for the
last six years, will host all USHL Western Conference teams over two
days at USHL Fall Classic West. All eight games of the event will be played at the Tyson Events Center.

Wednesday, September 11th
10:00 AM – Sioux Falls Stampede vs. Omaha Lancers
1:00 PM – Lincoln Stars vs. Des Moines Buccaneers
4:00 PM – Fargo Force vs. Tri-City Storm
7:00 PM – Waterloo Black Hawks vs. Sioux City Musketeers
Thursday, September 12th
10:00 AM – Des Moines Buccaneers vs. Fargo Force

Preseason action continues with the USHL Fall Classic East
as all eight Member Clubs from the Eastern Conference will participate
over three days, hosted for the first time by the Indiana Ice. Games
will be held at the Pan Am Pavilion and Bankers Life Fieldhouse in
downtown Indianapolis.

In addition to the eight USHL contests, the USHL Fall Classic East is being played in conjunction with The Bigfoot Hockey Showcase,
a youth tournament featuring top teams at the bantam and midget levels
which is hosted by the Indiana Ice and the Indiana Jr. Ice program. A
full schedule of teams, times, and locations for the youth tournament
will be announced at a later date.
The USHL Fall Classic annually has been the most heavily scouted event
in hockey as hundreds of scouts and coaches from both NHL organizations
and NCAA programs attend to watch the next wave of USHL talent in
preseason action.
All games during “USHL Fall Classic Week” can be viewed live or
on-demand via FASTHockey, the League’s broadband broadcast provider, and
all live scoring of the games can be found on the USHL Scoreboard
powered by Pointstreak.
