Islanders Development Camp

Press Release

The Islanders will open their Prospect Mini-Camp to the public on Sunday, July 12. Practice will be held at the Islanders Official
Practice Facility, Islanders Iceworks in Syosset, and doors will open
at 10:45 AM. The remainder of Mini-Camp, which will be held from Thursday, July 9 through Wednesday, July 15, is closed to the public.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early since admission will be on a first- come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available at the Syosset Long Island Railroad station just east of the practice facility.

“There’s a lot of excitement around the team right now and the fans showed us their commitment last Friday during our Draft Party,” said Islanders Team President Chris Dey. “Garth and his staff have done a great job bringing in prospects and we wanted to provide our fans a chance to see them first hand.”

In addition to the public having a chance to watch the prospects scrimmage, the Islanders I.C.E. Tour, Sparky and the Islanders Ice Girls will be on-site, providing a fun-filled day for all fans.
