Press Release
The OCN Blizzard Junior “A” Hockey Club is pleased to announce the hiring of Danny McKay as its new Assistant Coach.
McKay comes to OCN with a wealth of experience as an Assistant Coach

Yorkton Terriers of the SJHL winning numerous league championships.
Most recently McKay was the Head Coach and General Manager of the
Ochapowace Thunder, a Junior “B” team in Saskatchewan’s Prairie Junior

OCN Blizzard General Manager Derek Fontaine says McKay boasts an
impressive resume, “his experience in Junior “A” speaks for itself, with
his multiple championships as an Assistant Coach with the Yorkton
Terriers.”
Blizzard Head Coach Clay DeBray says he’s excited to get to work with
McKay once more “I’ve had the privilege of working with him previously
in the hockey world. His passion for the game will be instilled into the
game of our players.”
McKay will begin working for the Blizzard June 26.
