Ice Dogs continue score in Dryden with community efforts

DRYDEN -- The Dryden Ice Dogs are proud to announce two major partnerships to commence their 13th season in the Superior International Junior Hockey League.

This year the organization is happy to have Standard Insurance Brokers Inc. sponsoring the jerseys for the Cancer Awareness game and back again is Canadian Tire for the Military game.

Standard Insurance Brokers and the Ice Dogs are pleased to announce that proceeds from the Cancer jerseys will go to the Oncology unit at the Dryden Hospital.

The Ice Dogs would like to thank both businesses for their support in helping promote two very important causes.

The club will announce the dates of those two contests once the 2013-14 SIJHL schedule is finalized.

Those jerseys will go on sale immediately and the Ice Dogs would like to invite their fans and local businesses come on board with two these two causes, which are near and dear to the heart of the organization.

Any business or member of the public interested in having their name on the back of one of the jerseys, the Ice Dogs will be happy to accommodate you.

All jerseys will be yours at the end of the respective games.

The cost of the jersey is $200 with proceeds split with the charity and the Dryden Ice Dogs.
