BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, August 10, 2009 – Two forwards as well as draft picks were the subject of back-to-back trades involving three teams, this afternoon.
The Victoriaville Tigres sent left-winger Maxime Gravel (90-07-09) to the Quebec Remparts for forward Mathieu Loisel (90-02-08) and a sixth round pick in 2010.
The Tigres then flipped Loisel and a sixth round pick in 2011 to the Rimouski Océanic for a fourth round selection in 2011.
Mathieu Loisel took part in 67 games with the Remparts last season, collecting 3 goals and 14 assists while Maxime Gravel registered 9 goals and 14 helpers in 67 contests for the Tigres.
