Caps add Size and Finesse

The Cowichan Capitals are extremely pleased to announce that they have acquired the playing rights of Myles Powell from the Carleton Place Canadians. Myles is a 1994 born forward who played last season for the Victoria Grizzlies. In 52 games he collected 17 goals and 18 assists for 35 points.

Coach Beatty says of Powell, “He adds a sweet touch around the net. We are thrilled to have Myles pulling on a Caps jersey. He brings a lot of experience and a great scoring touch to the Capitals.

The Capitals have also acquired 1993 born, 6’4” 220 lb. Patrick Arnold form the Milton Ice Hawks of the OJHL. “He adds a huge presence on the D-line” says Coach Beatty. “He is a solid stay at home guy who will offer the leadership we need in our end of the ice.”We are proud to welcome both Myles and Patrick to the Capitals family.
