Paskaruk Commits to Clarkson University

The Brooks Bandits are proud to announce 17 year old Forward Anthony Paskaruk has committed to Clarkson University. Located in Potsdam, New York the Golden Knights play in the ECAC and are off to a 4-1-1 start to the season. The "Green and Gold" are a well established hockey program with their inception in 1921.

Anthony is from Airdrie, AB where he grew up playing minor hockey. Prior to joining the Bandits he played for the AC Avalanche (Midget AAA Minor) and led his team in scoring with 55 points. Anthony had an incredible rookie season with the Bandits last year scoring 29 points as a 16 year old player. This year he is off to a great start with 15 points in 18 games.

Head Coach/GM Ryan Papaioannou, "I am very proud of what Anthony has accomplished to this point in his young career. He is a great person who is very serious about his hockey career. Anthony's speed, work ethic and physicality make him such an integral part of our team. This is an opportunity that fits his career goals and I couldn't be happier for him."

The Bandits Organization would like to congratulate Anthony and his family on his commitment to Clarkson University.

Anthony is the second Bandit to commit to the NCAA this season. Forward Matt Wilkins previously committed to Union College.
