Express captain makes Division 1 commitment

The Coquitlam Express are pleased to announced Captain Ryan Rosenthal has accepted a scholarship offer to attend Northeastern University in Boston Mass.

The 6-foot 2-inch 200-pound forward says "I am really excited for the chance to return to Hockey East and play in Boston, Northeastern is a great school in a great city".  He also thanks his teamates, coaches and the Coquitlam Express for helping him achieve his goal

Express Head Coach Barry Wolff sees a bright future for his captain, "Ryan has been a great leader for us this season, and a big part of our sucess, we are very proud he is a member of the Coquitlam Express and he will be a great addition to the Huskies".

The Montvale New Jersey native leads the Express with 15 goals and has 29 points in 24 games this season. Rosenthal will suit up for the Huskies in the fall of 2014.
