The Alberta Dodge Dealers AJHL Player of the Month for the final month
of 2013-2014 regular season is John Edwardh of the Okotoks Oilers. John
scored 9 goals, 7 assists and 16 points in 11 games to close out the
season, and finished 10th overall in the AJHL Scoring Race.
John Edwardh (Calgary, AB) scored two game winning goals in February to
add to his total of 6 GWG this season. He was also awarded as the Pro
Hockey Life Player of the Game twice in February. Edwardh led the
Okotoks Oilers with 62 points (32G, 30A) and averaged 1.1 points per
game.
The 19 year-old forward is in his second season with the Oilers and has
committed to the University of Massachusetts Lowell of the NCAA
(Division I).
The Alberta Junior Hockey League is pleased to partner with the Alberta
Dodge Dealer Association and will recognize the AJHL Player of the
Month throughout the AJHL season.
