Press Release

The Prince George Cougars have acquired 20-year-old forward Todd Fiddler (Meadow Lake, SK) from the Moose Jaw Warriors in exchange for a conditional fifth round pick in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft.

Fiddler has dressed in 228 career games in the WHL and has posted 79 goals, 153 points and 87 penalty minutes in that span. He has also scored six goals and 14 points in 26 career playoff games. His best season came in 2012-2013 where he scored 42 goals and 77 points in 70 games with the Spokane Chiefs. In 14 games this season with Moose Jaw, Fiddler posted two goals and 10 points.

“We feel like Todd will help provide a spark for our offense,” said Prince George Cougars General Manager Dallas Thompson. “Fiddler has scored a lot of goals in this league, and we hope that he can help kick start our power play as we move forward.”
