Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week

The Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week is goaltender Ryan Ferguson of the Canmore Eagles.  During the week of October 28th – November 3rd, Ferguson posted a 2-0 record and 1.0 GAA.  He turned away 61 of 63 shots and recorded a .968 save percentage.

Ferguson (Calgary, AB) was also named the Pro Hockey Life Player of the Game in a 2-1 victory over the Okotoks Oilers on October 29th.  The rookie goaltender has recorded a win in his last three games.  Ryan Ferguson is amongst the Top 5 AJHL Goaltenders with a .931 SV% and amongst the Top 10 with a 2.42 GAA.

Ryan Ferguson is the first Eagles player to receive the Canalta Hotels AJHL Player of the Week honour since October 2012.
