The United States Hockey League and XM Hockey Prospect Radio have teamed up to produce two shows during the 2010 USHL Fall Classic.

The two-hour show by XM Hockey Prospect Radio will air on Saturday, September 25th beginning at 11:00 AM (EST) and can be heard on XM Sirius Satellite Radio (Home Ice 204 and Sirius 208). A re-broadcast of the show will air on Sunday, September 26th at 10:00 AM (EST). The show will feature interviews from USHL players, coaches, scouts, and League personnel during the 2010 USHL Fall Classic.

The four-day USHL Fall Classic features all 16 Member Clubs playing three games apiece in front of more than 200 coaches and scouts representing NHL teams and NCAA collegiate hockey programs. The most highly scouted event in all of hockey takes place in Sioux City, Iowa for the fourth consecutive season.

Entering its fifth season, XM Hockey Prospect Radio is the first radio program to feature future NHL players and their development in the game of hockey. The program is an informative montage on the players that will be the future of the NHL and each show provides in-depth analysis of these rising stars. Co-hosting the show are Shane Malloy and Russ Cohen. Malloy has been called upon by many major sports networks and publications for his expertise and knowledge of hockey. He previously was a columnist for NHL.com, FOX Sports, TSN, and Sportsnet. In addition to Hockey Prospect Radio, Malloy serves as a consultant to EA Sports for their NHL video game franchise.

Cohen is an accomplished writer and radio host for the Sportsology Radio Network, covering multiple sports including writing specifically about the New York Rangers and Philadelphia Flyers. He has numerous articles published on NHL.com in addition to regular columns in Center Ice Magazine and Beckett Hockey. His first book "100 Ranger Greats" was released in the fall of 2009 and "Strike Three" a baseball book was just released in April 2010.
