Mooseheads introduce Moore on the Moose Pre-Game Show

The Halifax Mooseheads announced today that they will host an in-house pre-game show for all regular season home games this season that will take place in the Time Out Sports Lounge on the Metro Centre Concourse. The 30 minute show, called the “Moore on the Moose Pre-Game Show” will feature guests from around the hockey community and will be hosted by John Moore.

Moore, who has been the Mooseheads radio play-by-play man for the past 15 seasons, is excited to re-introduce a similar program to his popular Rinkrant pre-game show of seasons past.

"I am delighted to be hosting this pre-game show which will be lively, informative and very entertaining. Without a doubt the fans will be better prepared once the puck drops at game time," stated Moore. "We plan to deliver a variety of interesting guests including players, coaches, NHL and Hockey Canada scouts as well as colorful hockey personalities."

“John has always done a great job giving fans an inside look at the Mooseheads, the QMJHL and the world of major junior hockey” stated Brian Urquhart, Mooseheads Vice President Business Operations. “We’re excited, along with John, to be able to offer this to our fans each game”.

The inaugural Moore on the Moose Pre-Game Show will take place 45 minutes prior to each game in the Time Out Sports Lounge starting on Friday, September 16th , just prior the Mooseheads home opener against Acadie-Bathurst Titan at 7pm.
