Swift Current Bronco General Manager and Head Coach, Mark Lamb, announced that the club has re-assigned defenceman, Zack Gonek.
Gonek has been re-assigned to the St. Albert Raiders of the AMHL. He was selected by the Broncos in the 1st round (13th
overall) in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft. The 6’1”, 193-pound product of
St. Albert, AB appeared in five pre-season games with the Broncos where
he registered 13 penalty minutes. Last season, Gonek recorded 21 points
(10-11-21) and 91 penalty minutes in 31 games played with the St.
Albert Flyers of the AMMHL.
