West Kelowna Warriors forward Jason Cotton has been named the BCHL Player of the Week for the week ending Jan. 26, the league announced Monday.
Cotton led the Warriors to an undefeated road trip and piled up seven points in the three games. The Plano, Texas native had the double-overtime winner as part of a two-point night in a 5-4 win over Victoria, he then had one goal in a victory in Alberni Valley and wrapped up with a four-point game that included two assists in the final minute in a 7-7 draw in Chilliwack.
