Premier: Team MA 10, Team USA 3

Kenny Gillespie put Team USA on the board 13:09 into the game when he scored from Patrick Schule and Mike Laffin. Andrew DeBrincat extended the lead to 2-0 with help from John Jackson and James Winkler at 14:23. Nolan Vesey put Team MA on the board when he scored from Brian Bowen at 20:39. Kevin Salvucci tied the game at 21:33 with assists from Bryan Lemos and Tim Doherty. Beau Starrett’s goal from Vesey and Tommy Muratore with 1:18 remaining in the half sent Team MA into the locker rooms with the lead. Lemos netted a goal from Aaron Titcomb and Mark Dufour 2:44 into the second half and Ted
McCarran scored from Tim Boyle and David Hallisey just fifteen seconds later. Bowen lit the lamp at 9:48 with help from Lemos. Doherty put one in with 5:34 remaining with assists from Salvucci and Lemos. McCarran tallied from Hallisey and Dufour with 3:29 on the clock and Titcomb scored from McCarran and Hallisey forty seconds later. Bowen scored from Doherty and Muratore with 47 seconds remaining. Winkler netted a goal for Team USA from Jackson and Dominic Trento with 25 seconds of the clock. Sean Lawrence (14 saves) and Alex Morin (18 saves) manned the crease for Team MA while Ben Halford (13 saves) and Joe Young (10 saves) appeared for Team USA.

Prospects: Team USA 5, Team MA 4

Sotiri Athanasopoulos started things off for Team MA with a goal from Casey Shea and Alex Brink 6:25 into the game. Matt Volonnino countered for Team USA at 8:50 with help from Danny Lopez. Dan Doherty tallied for Team MA at 12:46 from George Mika and Ryan Cloonan. John Schiavo responded with a goal from Brad Buvinow and Charlie Zuccarini at 13:24. Volonnino registered his second of the game 4:30 into the second half with an assist from Lopez to give Team USA their first lead of the game. Mika tied the game at 7:01 with help from Pat Condon and John Marino. Condon’s goal from Brink and Tommy Bessinger at 14:48 put Team MA back in the lead. Schiavo netted his second of the contest, again from Buvinow and Zuccarini, to tie the game with 5:02 to play. Alec Weinberg scored the game-winner from Ron Greco with 22 seconds remaining. Steve Thulin (14 saves) and Bruce Racine (18 saves) were in net for Team MA and MacKenzie Sawyer (9 saves) and Shane Starrett (13 saves played goal for Team USA.

U18: South 4, North 2

Cam Carbone drew first blood for the North when he scored from Charlie Kelleher 1:47 into the game. Anthony Siderio tied the game at 5:13 with an assist from Karl El-Mir. Luciano Bucci put the South in the lead at 6:40. Mitch Donovan tied the game at the 9:55 mark. Rylan Crastenberg put the South ahead for good with 5:35 to go in the first half. Austin McIlmurray tallied for the South 3:10 into the second half with help from Roberts Smits and Austin Pieniaszek. Kevin Resop (13 saves) and Kory LeBlanc (24 saves) appeared in goal for the North while Ryan Glander (9 saves) and Al Rogers (11 saves) tended goal for the South.
