Press Release
The suspended game re-scheduled for Feb. 26 (Neepawa at OCN originally scheduled on December 18) will not be played.
The reason for this is that the outcome of the game has no bearing on the final league standings, nor the MJHL Draft in terms of final position for the teams involved.
"Financially, it also makes sense," said MJHL Commissioner Kim Davis.
"The game in question will result in significant savings for OCN."
On December 18 the game was suspended after one period with Neepawa ahead 3 – 2. The players stats earned will be retained and the final standings will show each team with one less game than the other teams in the league.
