Blades Re-Assign Hnidy To Saskatoon Contacts

The Saskatoon Blades have announced that defenceman Ross Hnidy has been re-assigned to the Saskatoon Contacts of the Saskatoon Midget League.

The Saskatoon-born defender played in both of the Blades recent exhibition games against the Prince Albert Raiders after also appearing in a pair of games for the team during the 2011-2012 season.

The Blades have also announced that forward Luke McColgan has been released from his tryout with the team and will report to the Battlefords North Stars of the SJHL.

After the two moves, the Blades roster sits at 25 players with 3 goaltenders, 8 defenceman and 14 forwards
