Bandits Retire Jersey of Nick Crosby

On Friday night, the Brooks Bandits will retire the jersey of former player Nick Crosby. #23 will be raised to the rafters of the Centennial Regional Arena in a special pre-game ceremony, which will include the Brooks Bandits, AJHL Executive and the Crosby family.

This will be the first time the organization has retired a jersey in the 12 year history of the Brooks Bandits.

In addition, the Brooks Bandits and Crosby family will launch the Nick Crosby Memorial Award, an annual award to be presented to a Bandits player exemplifying Nick's great assets.

Bandits Forward Nick Crosby passed away on Tuesday, July 5th after being involved in a motor vehicle accident the previous day. Nick, 19 years old, is from Ketchum, Idaho and is survived by his mother Wendy, father Bob and younger brother Tom.
