MHL and FASTHockey Bring Live Action to Junior A Fans

The Maritime Junior Hockey League and FASTHockey have formed a partnership to broadcast live MHL games to Junior A hockey fans. FASTHockey, a provider of live streaming media and archives on-demand will provide MHL teams with streaming technology that will allow fans from all around the world to tune in and enjoy games. The first broadcasts are set to go on Friday, September 16th with four games being offered up live.

“The Maritime Junior Hockey League is very excited about this new partnership and we are looking forward to providing live action to our fans”, said league President Derryl Smith. “Providing online streaming of games is a significant move forward for this league and we believe it will not only enhance our product for our current fan base, but also work to broaden that base.”

“FASTHockey is excited to partner with the MHL to deliver webcasts of live games and make archives available on-demand to fans around the globe. We look forward to offering the best digital viewing experience to viewers of MHL content and making our extensive toolset available to the league and all its coaches," said Marc Ruskin, President of FASTHockey.
