Riders Rookie Bourbonnais Commits to RPI

Press Release

The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders announced that rookie forward Riley Bourbonnais has committed to play college hockey at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) after his USHL career.

The 18-year-old from Rochester, New York was selected by the RoughRiders in the third round (45thoverall) of the 2011 USHL Entry Draft. Bourbonnais has made a quick impression during the preseason scoring four goals over the first three exhibition games for the RoughRiders.

RPI is located in Troy, New York and a member of the ECAC. A total of six USHL alumni were on the roster.
