Prince George Signs Carson Bolduc.

The Prince George Cougars are pleased to announce the signing of 1996-born forward Carson Bolduc. Bolduc was selected 59th overall in the 2011 WHL Bantam Draft.

“We are very happy to officially have Carson as a member of our Cougar family,” said Assistant General Manager and Director of Hockey Operations Wade Klippenstein. “Carson was a huge part of Kamloops’ success last year as one of the top Bantam teams in Western Canada.”

Bolduc scored 54 goals and added 44 assists for 98 points with the Kamloops Tier 1 team in 61 regular season games. Bolduc also recorded 40 penalty-minutes.

Klippenstein adds, “As the top forward in our 2011 draft class we look forward to Carson being an offensive leader for us down the road.”

Bolduc will make his Prince George Cougars debut on January 1st, 2012 when the Cougars play in Kamloops.
