Neal Goff selected as Fargo's captain

The Fargo Force have announced that defenseman Neal Goff has been selected as the team captain for the 2013-14 season, as voted on by his teammates.

Goff, a veteran from Stillwater, MN, is in his third year with the team. He has played in 90 games so far since joining the Force in 2011-12, scoring 7 goals and adding 8 assists. He has a plus/minus rating overall of +1 and has 118 total penalty minutes. Standing at 6’5 and weighing in at 215 pounds, he is the biggest player on the team this season.

The captain will be joined by two assistant captains who were also voted on by the team. Forward Gage Torrel and defenseman Chris Buchanan were selected as the assistants for the season. Both players are in their second season with the team this year.
