Owen Sound claims Jack Flinn

Press Release

The Owen Sound Attack is announcing that they have claimed goaltender Jack Flinn off of waivers from the QMJHL. Flinn, 17, spent the 2012/2013 season with the expansion Sherbrooke Phoenix.

Flinn was originally a 5th Round Selection of the Moncton Wildcats in 2011, but in the summer of 2012, Sherbrooke acquired the 6’7 goaltender and four draft picks from the Moncton Wildcats for the first overall pick in the Canadian Hockey League import draft.

The Halifax native will wear number “1” for the Attack and could potentially be in the Attack lineup as soon as tonight, when the Attack travel to Barrie to take on the Colts.
